Resilient Lee: Crossing Point: Youth, Civic Leadership Exchange

Youth from Shaker Heights & Lee-Harvard unite to explore history, leadership, and community pride through workshops, art, and teamwork.

From 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM, the Resilient Lee Youth Summit brings together students in grades 7-12 to explore history, leadership, and community building. Through interactive workshops, a gallery walk, leadership training, and creative activities, youth will discover why place matters, learn what it means to be a leader, and dream big about their neighborhoods.

We also seek presenters and students from the Cleveland and Shaker Heights areas to share their perspectives and talents.

Highlights include:

• Leadership training led by the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Maya Smith, the Director of Early Career Programs, and Shaker Heights Schools’ Keith Langford, the Supervisor of the Office of Family and Community Engagement (FACE)

• Gift card prizes
