Respect & Courtesy

Treat all attendees, volunteers, and organizers with respect and courtesy. Refrain from using offensive language or engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.

 

Gather and entertain on the street. Respect residents' lawns and property. Do not enter private yards without permission.

Embrace and celebrate the diversity of our community. Be welcoming and inclusive to people of all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, genders, ages, and abilities.

Alcohol & Substance Use

 Alcohol is prohibited on public property (i.e. street, tree lawn, and sidewalk). The selling of alcohol is prohibited without a liquor license. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Help keep our community clean by properly disposing of trash and recycling. Use designated trash bins provided throughout the event area.

Family-Friendly Atmosphere

The block party is a family-oriented event. Please keep the atmosphere appropriate for all ages, and avoid behavior or attire that could be considered inappropriate or offensive.

Safety First

Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event staff and volunteers. Report any hazardous situations or emergencies immediately.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed at the block party.

Compliance with Laws

Abide by all local, state, and federal laws and regulations during the event. Any illegal activities will not be tolerated.

Be mindful when taking photos or videos. Respect the privacy of others and obtain consent before sharing media that includes identifiable individuals.

Conflict Resolution

If conflicts arise, seek assistance from event organizers or volunteers. Engage in peaceful dialogue and avoid aggressive or confrontational behavior.

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in removal from the event premises or other appropriate actions as determined by the event organizers.
